
Our office requires a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fee for consultations. This fee will be applied toward any procedure scheduled within 90 days of your consultation.
Aesthetician consultation fee: $50
DR/PA/NP consultation fee: $75
Surgical consultation fee: $100
Online Booking Deposit
A deposit of $50-$100, based on the length of your appointment is required for online booking to secure your spot. This deposit will be applied toward your procedure.
A deposit of $250 is required when scheduling your in office procedure. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your procedure. Remaining balance is due at the day of your procedure.
We understand that emergencies happen, and in such cases, we will gladly accommodate you with a new appointment date.
Please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled non-surgical procedure are non-refundable.

At Regenesis Wellness + Medspa we do not issue refunds for any products, packages, or services that have rendered. By consenting to treatment, clients acknowledge and accept this condition.
Full payment is required for packages in order to lock in the special pricing. If a package or series of treatments has begun, the services will be considered rendered, even if the full series is not completed. If you choose to discontinue treatment, a partial credit may be issued. The regular cost of the services already provided will be deducted from the total package price, and any remaining balance will be credited accordingly. However, discounted pricing will not apply to individual treatments if the full package is not completed.
If no services have been rendered, you may request a cancellation and refund. A refund will be issued; however a $100 fee will be deducted from the total amount originally paid to compensate for staff time and commitment.
Please note that Groupon vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cosmetic surgeries, procedures, and products are not covered by health insurance!
Postoperative complications are rare and uncommon. However, should postoperative complications arise necessitating care at an emergency department, a hospital admission, additional surgery, anesthesia, laboratory tests, etc., patients are responsible for any and all charges incurred.
Although good results are expected, there is no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, of the results that may be obtained for any service, procedure or product performed or sold.
Perceived lack of improvement in a person’s condition does not translate into any type of refund.
